Contributions made through wills, charitable remainder trusts and other planned gift
vehicles can be designated as unrestricted or restricted gifts.
Unrestricted gifts may be used at the discretion of the CEO and Trustees to

When making a bequest by will or living
trust to Marillac Social Center, the following language maybe helpful in
expressing your intentions: (Please
consult your attorney or estate planning professional in drafting your will or
