A Safe Haven for Youth

On July 27, 2011, the Chicago Tribune ran an inspiring story featuring our own Deanna Hallagan, Director of Hope Junior, and her husband, Eric Lentz.  Eric has battled cancer for several years but has not allowed it to deter him and his family from pursuing his dream of building a camp for at-risk children.  The camp is called Rustic Falls Nature Camp, in Wisconsin, and many of the children from Marillac House have been privileged to spend weekends there, thanks to the commitment and determination of Eric and Deanna and their children..  If you want to brighten your day, read the whole story.  Please click on the link below to read the article in full:
