During the 2009/2010 year (7/1/09-6/30/10):

165 seniors have participated in benefits checks 100% received follow up referrals to needed resources.
250 LIHEAP applications processed.
80 seniors participated in Take Charge meetings
100 Homebound seniors received home visits - 166 for socialization, 497 for care, 290 for safety issues
213 meals were delivered to senior homes
6 Senior porches were painted by Hope Junior teens
549 Food Bags delivered to senior homes
872 Weekly wellness calls made to seniors
2 Health fairs were held at Marillac with the focus on seniors health and well-being
95% attendance of 80 seniors to 9 "Take Charge" sessions
